What type of alcohol is allowed at the barn?

 

We permit liquor in the form of 2 signature cocktails along with beer, wine and seltzers.

 

What is the transportation policy for the Home Farm Barn?

 

Since parking is limited on our property, the maximum number of vehicles that we can accommodate at any given time is 30 vehicles including vehicles belonging to the bridal party and guests. Any additional guests must be transported to the venue by the Home Farm Barn trolley or by a shuttle service. Guests who park on the streets in the neighborhood will be towed at the owner's expense. 

 

What are the hours of use for the wedding weekend package?

 

You will have access to the barn for a designated amount of time the day before your wedding. Since we want you to enjoy time with your family and guests following your event, we provide a two-hour window for additional cleaning the Sunday following your wedding.

 

What time must wedding festivities come to end?

 

To be good neighbors, we require that all music concludes by 9:00 p.m. and that all guests and the wedding party leave the premise by 10:00 p.m. At that time, the Home Farm Barn Trolley can transport your guests to another location where the festivities can continue.

 

Are we required to use any certain vendors?


Aside from the day-of wedding coordinator and DJ included in the wedding weekend package, you are not required to use any particular vendors. 

 

What type of insurance is required for use of the barn?

 

Renters are required to supply liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 (typically a one-day extension of a homeowner's policy) within 30 days of the event date.
