What began as a little girl’s dream became a reality in 2017 when one of the Home Farm’s own was the first to wed in the family barn. The family, along with many skilled craftsmen, worked together to return the barn to its original elegance along with a few improvements (such as heat and modern restrooms). What did not change was the unique character of the 1800’s hand-hewn beams, gorgeous glass windows, and batten board walls.
With 14,000 square feet of indoor space, the Home Farm Barn can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests and offers multiple picturesque backdrops for an unforgettable event. With three exceptional indoor spaces and one outdoor veranda, this unique barn offers four elegant venue options under one roof.

THE GREAT HALL
One of the barn’s most distinguished features is its upper-level known as the Great Hall. With a 28-foot ceiling, gorgeous hand-hewn beams and 6,100 square feet of rustic wood floors, this remarkable space is ideal for ceremonies and receptions alike. With dimmable vintage pendant lights, a rustic bar and sliding barn doors, this space offers a spacious and elegant backdrop with historic charm.
What once served as a space for shoeing horses, then later as a farm shop, is now a beautifully lit area for guests to mingle and enjoy appetizers against a backdrop of gorgeous glass windows and white board-and-batten walls. With 1,600 square feet of space, this bright, sun-filled space can also provide another enchanting setting for an indoor ceremony or serve as a fantastic backup in case of bad weather. Pose for photos in front of the grand staircase, or follow the stairs up to the Great Hall.
Just below the Great Hall is the more intimate 3,000 square foot area known as The Stables. What once served as a home to the barn’s horses now displays a truly unique collection of antique tractors and classic cars. Take advantage of the relics for a one-of-a-kind backdrop for your wedding portraits, or utilize the area as a memorable space for meandering through during cocktail hour.
With the barn as your backdrop, take advantage of the rolling landscape and dreamy weeping willows that surround the venue by exchanging your vows on the Veranda. With 2,400 square feet of stone-stamped concrete, there is plenty of space for guests to spread out and enjoy Pennsylvania’s blue skies and green grass as your wedding ceremony begins.
